Or maybe like you suggested just give it time, and with enough time of her eating and not finding a pill she will eventually realize that there are no pills in her food.

My dog has to take pills, too ... but they ARE TINY! The tiniest pills that I have ever seen. So I just stick the pill in a treat and Clyde never even realizes they are there. So I have never had this problem, that this is perhaps what I would try?

I hope you have the best of luck with getting her to eat her food again!

I would try this...hiding good treats in her food for a change...maybe buy her a new bowl....
