Thank you for the update. They need to do a better job managing pain for that little boy. My heart just breaks to hear they are not handling this well, and that he is suffering. I have had hospitals NOT manage my pain until I no longer needed pain relievers following surgery...and the 'upside'...such that it exists...
...is that the first few days are the worst and it will diminish on its own. I do so want them to get this under control for Sammy. Hearts are breaking thinking of this...not just his Mommy's/family's.
