I know many companies have certain algorithms they must follow for phone calls...if customes says this, reply is this...many times, asking for a manager can open a new dialogue. I know for cellular service, threatening to change providers allows the phone rep to make different offers. You might try calling back and asking for a manager but since you already paid, it might not do much good. You might see about getting your 2nd malfunctioning machine replaced if they wont refund for the 1st one. |
