Did she become jealous? Aggressive? Start peeing in the house again? Whining & clingy to you? Did her eating habits change where she refuses to eat her own food? Is she suddenly scared of everything?

I guess what do you mean her WHOLE personality has changed?

If she went from cuddle with Mommy to playful ball of fur with the new pup, that is totally normal. She has a playmate, shes still a puppy herself really with a lot of energy if she's only a year old. Shes also coming into herself now as well and developing her own personality, so believe it or not, her new behavior sounds pretty normal and ok. I think you might need to interact with them together, or find something to do while they are playing and let them play. You are always home base for 2 tired babies!
