They are both puppies and want to play. My boys play with each other all day and evening and then at night when they are pooped, they both come for their mommy cuddles. You should be sooo thrilled they are bonding with each other also, some have the opposite reaction to a new pup and the poor owners end up having to rehome their new baby. Try to play WITH them when they are playing together. Get their attention with squeaky toys and play fetch with them, take them for walks together. It really is good they are getting a long so great, I wouldn't worry about their bond with you too much right now. They will come to cuddle when they are done playing and are tired.
