They all come from Yorkies originally but Biewers are now a separate breed. They were bred in Germany, yes- they were bred for their color mutations. The standard is different for them than for "regular" Yorkies. Parti Yorkies are a different type of color fault and can not be registered as standard Yorkies- but are Yorkies just the same.
