Kazzy is correct since they are suede they are not water or snow repellant, I did order the Ugg care kit but it was backordered, but I had some waterproofing spray in my cupboard. You should find it anywhere they sell shoe polish, just look for something that is good with leather and suede, make sure you cover the seams, I have sprayed them once daily for three days so they should be well protected
