Get some nurtical!! That will help keep her blood sugar normal!! If she is lethargic I would at least call your vet and make sure they don't want to see her. My girls did the same thing and nutrical did the trick and also I boiled chicken livers and mashed them - kept 'em pretty liquidy and poured some on their food and it helped alot!! Good luck!!
