I have PetPlan and I really think it's great, for the most part. I used to opposed to insurance, but have changed my mind on that front. You kind of have to weigh things like your dog's age, pre existing conditions etc. Pet ins is most cost effective, usually, in younger dogs. When premiums keep going up w/ age...then you kinda have to evaluate again.
