One some site I read about emergency preparedness for those with a pet, it mentioned how great it is if you need to evacuate on foot to have a carrier like that as it keeps both your hands free for other things. |
What a GREAT idea! I may have to look into that. We have an emergency grab kit but I always worry about the cat...I think this would be perfect for him.
