Wow, that's horrible! I'm glad you left--I always freeze in disbelief when things like that happen, and then replay the scene over and over in my head for days afterwards, wishing I had said something sooner or done something different in the moment.
I agree about finding her on Yelp or another internet review site and blasting away. |
