I read on a puppy site to give them 1/2 cc per body weight of Vodka and this would calm her enuf to trim her nails!
I was desperate for something to help with this part of our grooming so I did it, PLEASE DON'T YELL AT ME! Anyway it did nothing, but I enjoyed my little drink I had at the same time LOL! So I was nice and relaxed but Pita was still having no part of the nail trimming. I'm so afraid of breaking her legs or feet bones if i force her to stay still. I've tried everything to do it myself. I think I will have my groomer friend stop by and do it. It costs me 10 bucks but it's worth it. Pita behaves for her. I spose it's better than makin an alcoholic out of her. |
