I would keep in a large kennel or playpen that you can be sure she stays warm enough in. How big is she? That usually plays a part in how well they do away from there mom at that age. I got farley at 7 weeks. He had been taken from his mom at 6 weeks. An older man had bought him and then his wife left him that week and the puppy wasnt potty trained in 5 days so he gave him to me( i worked at the vet clinic at the time)
Anyway he was 2.2 lbs that day and he never had a problem with anything. He ate dry puppy food, and has been the best little dog. Well socialized and healthy.
Just wanted to share a positive experience . I hope you have one too.
