Well, the gel and the spray of Petzlife are the same exact things (in a different form). So it'd be overkill to do both. Get a good doggy toothpaste. I only use CET. Jackson tolerates it well too, compared to other toothpastes we tried. Be careful because a lot of pet toothpastes are made in China.

We use CET toothpaste for brushing. HealthyMouth gel (applied with a q-tip). Occasionally, I'll sprinkle some ProDen PlaqueOff on his food. No idea if it really helps or not though. Ummm, I guess you could include his chews. He gets an occasional bully stick which I think helps keep the back teeth clean. Also a 'Get Naked' chew. They're not very hard, but they say they clean teeth too, and I've noticed a slight difference after giving him one.
