I use Universal Medicated Shampoo. It is wonderful with their conditioner. This is excellent if there are no skin problems. Also, Dawn Original Dish Liquid is wonderful. This is what they use to clean the wildlife from the oil spills. It cleans the skin and coat and then you can use Universal Shampoo. I also use Tropic Clean Conditioner which is excellent. Petsmart stuff is very commercial and harsh on the skin.
