Brody is pretty quiet by himself, but Mia is more vocal with barking...even at nothing obvious, or a blade of grass blowing in the breeze...and gets Brody going, too. Brody will 'errrr' when he wants something, even your attention, and will bark if he feels he's being IGNORED (OMG!!!
) or wants something REALLY BAD!!!
Mia will deliberately take one of 'Brody's toys'...they are all, according to Brody, "HIS" toys...even Mia's toys...lol...and then snarl and growl and errr and wag her little stubby tail while 'defending' the toy...then give it up and laugh at Brody...you can seriously see her grinning about her deceptive little trick on Brody.
She will also 'defend' a favorite place...like the bed or the love seat. Both will bark when a kitty wants in or out, or a noise happens...lol...and Brody will bark at anyone about to get too close to his toys or his Mommy.
But, for the most part, things are relatively quiet.
