I'm sorry you are dealing with that, Alisha. I cannot even imagine the pain you go thru. I think you are right to try anything and everything before surgery. I've known several people who ended up in more pain after having surgery on their back. I even had a doctor tell me it should be the last resort because of the complications it can have (this was back when I was in physical therapy for simple bulging discs..not herniated).
Julia, 3 surgeries? Bless your heart! Hope this one helps and is the last one you have to have.
