You don't have a vulture dog.

You just don't have a tiny dog. He sounds like Ry. They are the exact same size. And they both get very annoying without something to chew.
Obviously we don't give edible chews here. My dogs can't have them for medical reasons. I think they are completely unsafe. And yucky to have on furniture...IMO they are a breeding ground for bacteria.
We use Nyla. Ellie gets Flexies. She was never interested until she got a brother and watched him chew. As long as brother doesn't loosen pieces for her she oes fine with them. If grains start to come off continuously they get thrown out.
It took Ry a bit to get pieces off the huge Flexies. But then a big pirce came off soit got thrown out. He has had two varieties of the Duras. The second is like the one you posted. I don't like it. Sharp pieces started comingoff immediately. The kid e ad before was a bit better. Lasted longer before doing that. Seemed a bit stronger. But still getting the grains off with the Duras has irritated him. It bothers his throat. We went as far as sending an xray to VIN over this and now thinking about it it seems mostly from Nla.
I think we are going totry the stongest Flexi we can find and just watch closely. ?they are much better for the toofers anyway. All of those really hard bones are a 4th premolar break waiting to happen.
