I took Madie today for an ultrasound. The vet saw at least two sacs. However, he thought that they were reflecting too much sound. Which means that there isn't as much amniotic fluid in them as he thinks there should be. Which he says might mean that Madie might be reabsorbing the embryos

Okay we live in the middle of nowhere so I'm not sure how much experence my vet actually has with this. Where the sacs where looked pretty clear to me. We don't have a whole lot of choice on where to go for vets. And I do know that this one would do a good job on a C-section if needed.
Has any one had an experience like this? I'm just a wreck. The vet didn't seem too sure about this. I'm wondering if the size of dog has anything to do with how the ultrasounds look. We live in farm country, and I'm sure that he doesn't get too many ultrasound for small dogs. What should I do.

I'm suppose to take her back in a couple weeks to see if we can tell then, if they are absorbing back into her they will be gone then. I'm just going to be a mess till then.
Please prey for us.
