We've been feeding Fromm for the past 4-5 small bags and he did well in most regards but the eye goop/boogers were getting insane and he was always acting starving lately, and whiny. So about a week ago, I picked up the sample bag of Acana and just got through feeding it... eye boogers completely stopped, whininess/always acting hungry stopped. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do, he certainly looovesss his Fromm a lot better (taste-wise), I trust the company a whole lot more, and I just don't know. LOL. Dog food can be so complicated But I think you just gotta do what your dog does best on!

Mine is on Acana. Even if you have them on a high quality food and you switch to a different one you still should do it slowly just because it is high quality doesn't have anything to do with that.

Mine Yorkie got bloody stools from eating Acana and the Vet told me to switch and how it is too rich of a food for him.
