I'm so glad you are not buying from this person. She may have some house dogs but I will bet you anything she has caged dogs in that basement! You cannot let breeding male and female dogs run freely in any home At least not unless you want undocumented and unscheduled breedings.
Her dog may have come from Germany but I'll bet you she got it from someone in the US and did not import it herself. I'll also bet she did not show you one current pedigree of her dogs. She is a backyard greeder at best and it sounds like she is close to a puppy mill or brokering on the side.
It is very poor practice to feed kibble with a raw diet. The kibble digests much more slowly than raw food and the combination does bad things to the digestive system as well as other systems of the body. Occasional raw meat is fine but you cannot consistently combine the two different diets without causing issues in the dogs.
I feel bad for the dogs but supporting people like this just enables them to continue exploiting the innocent animals. |
