Another issue, if you are looking for a cheap pup and you already have a yorkie, can you afford another one? Vet bills are a very small drop in the bucket compared to purchase price.
I am in Abbotsford, BC and the price for Yorkie pups here from reputable breeders is going to be about $1500. | I can afford having another Yorkie with respect to the Vet Bills, the food, toys etc. I am looking for a companion now.
There are lot of Yorkie pups available on kijiji. And I have posted my experience with one ad where the the seller was a "Registered Breeder" helping an elderly lady to rehome her pup and she did not know what is MVD.
Also, there are no pups in BC from any reputable breeders. I checked almost everyone, and most are planning for breeding next year. I am in touch with Donna (from Donda Biewers | Enumclaw, WA 98022) and luckily she might have one male Biewer left. Praying that everything goes well.
