A similar thing happened to me just last night!!! Chloe's such a wiggle worm and somehow got out of my arms and fell...she screamed out and it was sooo awful...I felt totally sick and hysterical as I rushed her to the vets...she said she was more scared than anything and would probably be sore for a while and put her on anti-inflamatory/pain killers. I'm sure the vet knows if something were wrong...although I'm with you and feel like maybe she's got more damage I don't know about but I'm sure it's just us being protective mommies...just keep a close eye on her and in a couple days if she isn't progressing then take her back in but I'm sure that she'll be okay...good luck!
