I have not had a land line since 2001. I don't miss it one bit! I actually know of very few people in my life who
DO have a landline anymore!

Lynzy, I'm so sorry this happened~ right at Christmas too! I use 75% cash for all of my "in person" transactions and a prepaid (preloaded) Mastercard for everything else. It's a little bit of a pain to go get a card to reload money but I am also checking into the new American Express Bluebird that will reload from your bank account.
