Yeah, ebay has changed and not for the safety of the seller. A lot of online selling is like that. I've been screwed by Google checkout, and I don't use them any more either. Like buyers are never scammers?
I did like before how ebay did let you sell to the next highest bidder. They don't do that anymore? That sucks. I bet bc ebay was loosing out on listing/selling fees. For example, if I had an item to sell and I had 5 of them, and the next 4 lower bidders were still a price I would accept I could sell all 5, but now I guess you can't.
Oh, btw did this person have low or no feedback? I've gotten a lot of people with no feedback that have been non payers.
