Petco and PetsMart always have local shelters on specific days every week or every month I am not too sure which, and they have their dogs and sometimes cats there to try to adopt them out. I haven't seen a Petco or a PetsMart that has puppies in a long time. I think the only place I know of besides the one that uses local breeders which is not a large franchise is the Petland ones. That's the only place I've seen with actual puppies and is a franchise pet store. The others only have local shelters offering dogs at them. They do sell fish, however! and birds and a couple reptiles. |
