Yes, I stopped selling on eBay for just this reason. And because the fees are ridiculous now. So, goodbye eBay.
At one point you could offer the second highest bidder to buy but I don't know if that's an option now. What happens in place of it is when you send the complaint to eBay they will leave a negative mark on their account. As a seller, you can block bidders if they have 2 or more negative marks on their account within the past 12 months.
