This morning when we were getting up, Sadie came out from under the covers and went to the end of the bed. I heard a thud and realized she had fallen. I ran and picked her up and put her back in bed with us. She seemed ok, but when I put her down on the floor she wouldn't walk on her right front paw.

We went to see the vet and he checked her and said that it didn't feel broken or fractured. He gave her a shot and gave us some anti-inflammatory pills to give her 2 times a day. We left her at home resting in the kitchen.

Our lab has hurt herself a few times, but Sadie is so small, it is pathetic. Although she was really getting around well on 3 legs this morning before we left for work after going to the vet's office. Anyone ever have this happen?
