She is concerned as his tonsils and glands are very swollen - his airways are almost closed his throat is so swollen. He is going back tomorrow to be put under general anaesthetic so she can have a look in his chest nose and throat , as well as take swabs and blood tests. The vet is concerned about infection, blockage and throat cancer - so covering all possibilities. She will also be taking tests for his liver as she is concerned that his poo has been soft / runny and quite orange at times. She doesnt think it is lungworm at all. he has been given steroids by injection tonight to reduce some swelling for examination tomorrow. I am so frightened but relieved we will be getting some answers now. I am really disappointed in my original vet and will not be going back there
