I'm sure there is a yorkie growth chart on the AKC site... (When I was about to get my tiny pomeranian years back they had one, also breeders often have a growth chart on their own sites). You can google it, or ask an expert here on this site. There are so many good ones...
I had a 3 pound pomeranian and she was quite fragile. She came across as tough but I didn't want to hurt her back (vets warned me about spine issues...) so she was not allowed to jump on on chairs or couches AND never was she allowed to do stairs. Now I have a 2 and a half pound yorkie. He's a year old and since it's a different breed I have learned on this great site that his joints are at risk so he won't be allowed to do the same things as my pom was not allowed to do. My sister has a 6 pound yorkie and she is allowed to go up and down stairs and couches, etc...so I had to find out if my little one could. It's not worth the risk...right? I mean, your dog will have a lot of activity anyhow...they're so active! Keep us updated
