Do you know what she was eating for kibble (if any) at the breeder? Some 8 week olds aren't fully weaned yet and she may not be used to eating kibble (part of the reason small breeds "should" be kept with the mother until 12 weeks.) She may be one of the picky pups and she doesn't care for the food you have for her (I personally wouldn't feed Purina, though, I'd go with a higher quality food.) It is very likely/possible that she isn't quite settled in to her new home yet. As Gemy said, get your girl into the vet for a new puppy visit as soon as you can and discuss any and all concerns with them. Congrats on your new baby, I'm sure things will be fine! =)
