What did your vet say, when you took her in for a health check? Usually one does this within 24 - 72 hours after purchase of a new puppy or dog.

Was she BAT tested prior to going home with you?

If you have not taken her in for a full check up book the appt now for as early as possible, and discuss with your vet your concerns.

It is possible that with only 2days in your home, she is still stressed about her new environment - but stress is not the only reason pups do not have a good appetite.
