I am sorry, Jakson, that you and Mommy are in this situation, and I am really sorry you were frightened or in pain during your flight. But, seriously, I would ask my Mommy to complain to everyone at Southwest who answer the phone or has voice mail. Surely this is a mistake that can be corrected.
