Even though she has a perfectly good bed of her own, Roxie loves to sleep on our decorative throw pillows. We have gotten to the point where we have to replace the pillows every few months because she drools on them, they smell like dog, and she rips out the embroidery with her nails. For a while she had stopped because the pillows we had were fuzzy, but I didn't care for those myself, so I went back to nice, firm pillows that have embroidery. I try to dissuade her from doing it, by propping the pillows up straight, but she has developed a sneaky (but cute) way of taking care of that. Any tips, short of getting rid of the pillows altogether, that I could use to stop this behavior, or is it too late?
