Thanks, that's also a good idea. I realize that it's not necessary to give a boost of protein, it's just that these Duck Tenders are something my female has enjoyed for years and years. It's part of our morning routine whereupon I make coffee and then offer some Tenders while I go on line and have me time till I'm ready to start the day. It's what she's used to...however I have solved the issue by giving my old girl her Tenders and my yorkie a 2 inch carrot piece. He's a wild animal about all foods, seems he might never have gotten people food when he was living with his previous owner. He loves his carrot and my girl is still getting her Tenders...so PROBLEM SOLVED and all is well in this world.
