I did not realize that pet insurance worked like car insurance!
It seems like they should let you know up front about their policies concerning the number of claims you make.
When I tried to do research online about pet insurance I found that there were very few details about the coverage each company was offering. They put forth some info but we all know that life is not that straightforward. Insurance policies usually have a lot of clauses for various reasons but these pet companies never mention the details of their coverage. I guess that would make it easy for them to change their coverage.
