I'm not sure what to tell you about the ear. It doesn't look like it's anything that would bother her, but I'd probably ask the vet about it. Maybe one of her siblings nipped at it when they were babies..?
I think sleeping with you is perfectly fine, but you might want to give her a way to get up and off the bed since it's so high. She might have to use the potty in the middle of the night... As for the a/c, just make sure she has covers she can snuggle in with you if she gets too cold.
The harness size will depend on her chest size. Get a measuring tape (like the one you use for sewing) and measure her chest at the widest part (just behind her front legs). I'd look for a harness that the measurement falls in the middle of the numbers so you can adjust as she grows.
