We put a 50.00 deposit and paid the first months rent on the apartmet we rent. I imagine it depends on location and the complex.
Maybe the girl lost her job. Maybe her boyfriend left her high and dry, who knows? Maybe she had a room mate that moved out and left her with the full rent. I'm not saying letting the dogs starve is right but no one here knows the situation and no one here is perfect and has the right to judge.
