I've already purchased a pup from her. The one in my avatar. On her site under the new puppies section she actually shows Grim as a baby and has my name by him! She also has a video that shows her dogs live inside and are taken care of! I'd really like to talk to someone who has went with her before though. Just to hear their experiences and see their dogs. I can't find a soul who has went with her so maybe that's a good sign. She sells a lot of puppies so you would think there would be at least one person here on YT! Like I said I don't want the breeder to read this and feel offended because she has been nothing but sweet to me but I just wanted to meet someone else and get their experiences |

Just bc you've been doing something for a long time doesn't mean that it's right. There isn't any doubt that these people love their dogs, but the fact that they bred them willy nilly just shows they aren't that educated on this breed. Just loving the breed is not enough.
When we first got Uni, we had the intentions of breeding her (not a secret by now). The day after we got her, we went to a family that had yorkie puppies for sale. They were about 15 weeks old and they were pretty big already (running up and down the stairs no problem). They said they bred the dogs not for the money but bc they loved the breed. They lived in the house and were well taken care of. However, they were asking $1500 each pup. the mom was totally golden (off standard) and we couldn't meet the dad bc he bites (aggression passed on). We ended up not taking any of those, but these are the type of people who say they love the breed (and I'm sure they do) but are not doing the breed any good. People who breed for off colors, dark coats, short noses, short legs. these traits are not what is the yorkie standard, and people that look for those traits are perpetuating more bybs to produce this type of dog.
