Omgosh! Just reading the word "Dettol" has my knees shaking.

In junior school, the short-cut I took home from school was through a row of demolished estate houses. One day I tripped & fell, and got glass & rubble imbedded in my knees, I hobbled home and my dad sat me down & picked out the glass/pebbles, etc. and cleaned my wounded knees with Dettol. I was traumatized for life & would bawl at the first smell of it after that!!!

I clean ZoE's crate with hot soapy water with a splash of bleach in it, & rinse well.
