Thanks all. They did have cameras in the store, just not in that area. I think she is missing her wallet as much as she hates the trouble caused. she really liked it.
She called the stores and was told she had to have a police report before they would give anyone the video, and they would not give her copies of the receipts. The sheriff's office said they need info from credit card companies to show the fraudalent charges.
Just a circle.
She did file the report and get her new license today before work.
