Default Balanced homecooked meal

My 4.5 months puppy is at 8lbs and still growing. I wanted to feed him a balanced amount of raw, kibble and homecooked meal, but he doesn't like his Wellness puppy (tolerate kibble, dislike canned) much and the few times I fed him raw pork ribs and chicken wing, I had near heart attacks because he choked on them

Now I mostly cook for him: boiled chicken, a bit of rice with green beans, carrots, parsley. I change it up to fried egg, pork, beef and ground meat because he gets bored eating chicken. I also freeze chicken broth for him to chew on. He has small amount of fruits (apple, strawberry, banana) and loves cottage cheese. He gets chicken stick and Wellness treats.

My questions are:
1. Do any of you guys feed a variety of homecooked meal and kibble? What can I do/add to his meals to make sure he has all the nutrition he needs, without overdoing it?
2. Recommendation on high quality, grain-free dry / wet puppy food, with not too high protein %?
3. What type of raw meaty bones do you give your puppies?
