Welcome to YT. May I suggest you start your own thread as your question is likely to get lost, in all the responders to the original posters question.

If she is in heat, she needs to be protected from mating at all times for the next 4wks. That means you never let her out unattended, and if you have un neutered males at home you must crate and rotate. Belly bands or diapers are not birth control!

Try to keep her busy. Get her interested in games or toys. Talk with her a lot. If she will let you; hold and cuddle her. You will need to be very careful with walking her as she is in heat.
