I'm looking for a fashionable, sturdy carrier (ideally black faux leather) with mesh ventilation on both sides and top mesh/opening for my silky terrier puppy, Giorgio. It's been tough to find one that fits him since he has long body (22" length when comfortably lying down, 8" width and 11" height). GG's 8 lbs at 4.5 months and still growing. I realise most carriers are made for dog with compact, square body. I certainly didn't have this much difficulty in finding carriers for the yorkie.
Originally, I got him the medium Zack & Zoey carrier but it was too wide and he kept sliding in it.
