The peeing thing is kind of strange. If you picked him up when he was already peeing then he would just continue to pee until he was done since they can't stop once they start but if he leaks......that would be something to have checked out. Some puppies do pee when they are excited or scared. I hope it is nothing serious but keep and eye on it and be sure to describe to the vet just when, where and how often it happens.
