I'm so sorry to hear about your grandpa. I'm just now seeing this and hope his first round of Chemo went well. I went through this with my dad and it was quite a shock when we first found out. The best advice I can give you is just to be there for him, let him know how much you love him and most importantly be willing to listen when "he" decides he wants to talk.
