OMGosh! I hope you're feeling better! Very good save! Didn't know you had that manuver in you, did you? You have to watch some of the older Yorkies too, bc they know you won't let them fall, and they will do some crazy jumps when you least expect it.
I have a table similar to the one below, and in addition to that is to always have one hand on the dog at all times. Or a leash tied to the faucet can help keep them in the sink or tub. Always be wary of strangulation possibilities when using any kind of leash though.

I also give Gracie her bath in the kitchen sink. She is little and it is easier on my back to do it there. I am always really concerned about getting her out of the sink without her trying to jump or having a slip or something. Many times if I am not going to be doing any trimming I take her in the living room and comb her out and blow dry her while sitting in a comfy chair. This little grooming table has been a wonderful help in doing any trim ups that have to be done. I put it on the kitchen table and I am able to sit while I work on her. It also keeps her feet from slipping around while I work on her. The little groomer noose does not press her airway at all but she knows that she is to stand still while she is on there. It's just a thought that maybe you could consider.
