We've been doing this since Sept and we won't be getting a Yorkie probably for another year. I even have a goodie box of doggie things from 'fings for fido', delivered each month. We didn't want to get a dog, til we'd moved (and settled) and till Christmas was over. We found some breeders, but don't know enough about them yet. So I'm crazy as you or worse
I have a box of bedding, harnesses, leads,books on how to make clothes for small dogs, bowls, t-shirt, hoodie, toys, books on yorkies and dog tricks, etcetera. Still need grooming supplies and play/x pen, but won't pick the pen, till we've moved, so I can buy the right one, for the space we'll have.
Is it the same for you? Buying the bits and bobs keeps me going, as I so want the pup NOW, but know it's not the right time.
Remember to post pics of your pup, once you have it home. They also keep me going lol Living through all yorkie owners and their pictures.
