Haven't read the whole thread but I saw that picture of a little dog you almost got. What a little darling it is!!! I hope you still have a chance someday to get her.
If not, there will be a Yorkie for you and Guiness one day. Keep touching base with local reputable breeders in your area, get to know them very well, and one day one of them may call you or vice versa and she just got a dog back or has a dog she's decided to move. Or you could try the shelters but I tried over a year with those to find a small nonshed dog and missed out on every single one. Came so close - I was always just one sign-up too late for the dog! Mostly rescues had claimed them and they always showed up to take them on the designated day. I came home sad so many days it finally wasn't worth it any more and I called Jilly's breeder. The result was my Tibbe so you just never know.
