Has your vet not suggested admitting him for IV fluids? If he is not eating or drinking, he could end up terribly dehydrated .. and not to scare you, but these pups can go down quickly and die from pancreatitis. Two days of not eating or drinking is way too long!
Keep an eye on his gums....they should be moist to the touch. If you lift his lip you can touch them...if they are dry and sticky to touch, he is in need of fluids...and certainly more than what you can give him in a syringe. Most of the time, in acute pancreatitis these little ones need a few days of IV fluids. They also need meds for pain as this is a painful condition.
